The Six Seas branding was derived from a nickname based on their harvest area PE6C. Our Six Seas are harvested from our private leases in Pinette River, PEI and topped with wild caught oysters from the same river. The Six Seas are a premium brand oyster.
These oysters are harvested using our custom designed harvesting barge. Imagine oysters being lifted from the sea floor on a cushion of high pressure water and landing onto a conveyor belt that conveniently (for us) delivers them onto our barge. We can then sort through the harvest and easily inventory them into our underwater storage racks.
We continuously restock these leases with oysters from our surface culture sites as well as with oysters of various sizes purchased from other growers and fishers.

The Six Seas shells usually have hints of green with a brown and white base colouring.
The Six Seas meats are unrivalled in their full bodied flavour which is reminiscent of crab legs or lobster claws.
